Hello, I am Xavier Jordá. My path to Chinese Medicine was not a conventional one, but rather the result of a personal search for meaning and purpose. After a professional stage that did not bring me happiness, I decided to devote my life to what truly fulfills me: helping others regain their well-being.

Although I studied Psychology at a public university for two years, I wasn’t passionate about its methodology and left those studies to pursue other fields. My perspective changed years later upon discovering Chinese Medicine and acupuncture; I learned more about the human being in a single weekend of training than in two years of academic degree studies. It was love at first sight, and since then, I have maintained a constant intensity of study—devouring classic texts and attending international training in English and French to always offer maximum clinical excellence.

My Method: Precision and Real-Time Listening

I understand Chinese Medicine as a tool of precision. My philosophy is based on the minimum necessary intervention to obtain the maximum result. It is not about applying standard protocols, but about understanding the unique situation of every person who enters my clinic.

• Deep Listening: Many patients turn to acupuncture as a “last resort” after having tried everything. My priority is to understand that journey and adapt the treatment to their current state.

• Classical Pulsology (Real-time feedback): Thanks to my advanced studies in pulsology, I can instantly verify the effect of every needle on the body. When I place a needle, I check the pulse; I observe how your organism responds and refine the strategy in the moment to guarantee the highest effectiveness.

• Integral Approach: Depending on what your body needs, I combine Acupuncture with Cupping, Moxibustion, Auriculotherapy, and Chinese Pharmacopeia.

• Core Training: Degree in Chinese Medicine and studies at leading centers such as Cielo y Tierra, ISMET, and the SQ Foundation.

• Taoist Psychology and Kinesiology: Specialist in Taoist Psychology under the tutelage of Professor Francesc Marieges, integrating deep emotional management into physical therapy.

• Advanced Studies: Postgraduates in classic texts (Nan Jing), Pharmacopeia (Shang Han Lun), and Classical Pulsology.

• International Training: Study residency in China with Master Zhao Jin, deepening my knowledge in the purest roots of the tradition.

Teaching and the regulation of our profession are fundamental pillars of my career. Since 2018, I have served as a professor of Chinese Medicine and have spearheaded key educational projects:

• Foundations: Co-founder of the Instituto Francesc Marieges (focused on Kinesiology and Taoist Psychology) and founder of the Instituto San Qiang and the School of Chinese Medicine in Manresa.

• Institutional Responsibility: Member of COFENAT and the SAC (Societat d’Acupuntors de Catalunya), where I served on the Board of Directors for 4 years.

• European Projection: Member of the ETCMA and Head of the Communications Department of the ETF (European Traditional Chinese Medicine Federation), actively working on the regulation of Chinese Medicine studies at a European level.

• International Speaker: Speaker at the prestigious Rothenburg Congress (Germany), sharing advancements on regulation and training within the sector.

Vocation Without Borders: Solidarity Volunteering

I understand health as a universal right. This conviction has led me to participate in volunteering projects in Nepal and Senegal, applying acupuncture in high-need environments.
